Coastal Therapy Group is looking to welcome a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) to our growing practice!

This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed professional who is looking to grow their clinical skills, build confidence, and develop a career in private practice with the support of an experienced clinician and supervisor. Individual supervision is included, along with hands-on guidance and feedback as you learn the ins and outs of private practice.

We’re looking for a mature, responsible, self-motivated professional who takes initiative and is eager to become a well-rounded, confident clinician. The right person is organized, stays on top of documentation and paperwork, returns calls and messages promptly, communicates well, and understands the importance of reliability and follow-through in a private practice setting.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We’re happy to provide hands-on training and support with EHR systems, billing, documentation requirements, insurance processes, and the administrative side of private practice. What we can’t teach is initiative, accountability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to your clients.
